I have used a live gentoo and checked the hardware (SMART) and it is seems in good shape and the issue is probably the filesystem but unfortunately nothing that fsck can repair. Regarding the usb key, it has few broken sectors therefore I would try to recover it using the jojo backup. As you said, it is an old platform but if in a few hours I will repair it it can be useful again ;-)

sorry to introduce another language but I have dead Fs HC2 and I would like to try to recovery it. Is it still possible to download the "ZIP (2,4 GB) USB RECOVERY HC2" to check what I can achieve? Thanks!

Hello, sorry to write the message in English but I am Italien. I am using Fibaro and I found a lot of good information on this forum therefore I decided to subscribe to follow better the threads and maybe try to recover my HC2. Thank you very much to maintain this community free!
