Had similar problem .... HC freeze while booting ... 4 lights constant on ... then reboot ... i checked the power supply output and was not constant .... i replaced the power supply ... and problem was gone.... HC2 was happy .... you can try and see if this is your case.. much cheaper solution than buying a HC3 Hope this helps Regards Christos
