Hello everyone Because most of you are going for Christmas at this moment, I wish you many great moment with your families and happy new year. Hello I have some correction for you. Because we have two forms of presenting the same serial number of the device. First for some transporting reasons serial number has 15 digits, and this is on the box and on the device. Second form of the same number is FGIC-XXXXXXXX, and it is used in IP network, for example in mDNS method of device discovery. The second one are the same number, but only 8 digits from the right side. You can find this number on application on the screen like in attachement. To make factory reset you should use this last 8 digits.

Hi, after factory reset you have lost former local login and local password (and every other setting). But if you are after setup process you should be able to login using fibaroid email as login and local password in HC plugin. To be honest I was not testing it with 4,151. I have tested this plugin with former versions. I will check with our technical team.

Could you send me your serial number in private message? And one another thing - you want to reset, or factory reset? About integration with HC2, please give me information about HC2 SW version?

To reset intercom using ring you have to enter every digit from serial number, even if it is 0.

This group is automaticly deleted when you configure device to another group/home, there is no "delete from group" button in the app. If you will send me FGIC number I will do it for you.

Hello I want to better understand your steps. Please corect if my description is wrong: 1) you logout from the app 2) at the screen with list of local devices you found your intercom 3) you login locally using fibaroid email as login and local password created in the app during setup process 4) your app was workin properly after few minutes 1) you logout from the app 2) you try to login locally 3) on the screen with devices list you will not find any devices. Am I correct?

I'm not sure, what could be the reason, but if you could try something for me: 1) connect your phone to the same router as intercom 2) try to logout 3) on login screen try to click "login locally" 4) check if your intercom will be available on the list -> a)if yes try to login using fibaroID address, and local password. Please remember that this is not the same as fibaroid password and it was created by you during setup process aa) if not, please give me this information 4)

Hello I will need a little bit more info, because to be honest I have this device in my home since 6 months and I don't have such problems with connections as you described . I also believe this will be software issue easy to fix. What should I know in context to replicate the issue: 1) are you using wifi or lan connection between intercom and router? 2) is you app showing you that you are in local or remote mode? 3) is your phone connected to the same router as intercom, or are you using LTE connection? 4) are you able to call to intercom from app to the device? 5) could you send me screenshot from this error message? This information will be addressed by technical team asap.

Device was tested against water and temperature. It was tested in temperature range -40oC -> 70oC and works properly. But we are allowing to work in -30oC -> 40oC range. It also has IP54 and it is allowed to use ouside.
